Try with a created account. The service does have different login/channel availability from device to device. Accounts are free (paid channels do not work in Kodi).
Can you check what version of the add-on you have installed? It looks like an old version, and should be version 1.0.1. Do you...
I can't look into your issue without a debug log.
The two channels you mention don't work for you, do work for me (in fact the only reason I made this add-on was for Dave). Are you signed in to your TVPlayer account in the settings? There are several channels that require you to be logged in to...
I am sorry guys, I have been away for the Christmas/New Year period. I knew this add-on was broken, but I have not had time/internet/whatever to do much about it.
The good news is I know the error, I have fixed the error and I will be pushing an update within the hour.
Sorry for the hassle...
Yeah I checked it yesterday morning and their streams were down, then they came back, then down again. Last I checked this morning they are down again. But it is all on their side so we can only wait and hope they get it sorted quickly.
No, it works on Android, but I haven't tested with 16.x only 17.x (latest stable). I just tested again and BBC One and Two both played fine first time.
Please double check that the add-on has updated to the latest version, and if it still doesn't work please try and get me a debug log so I can...
I hope so. TVCatchup is one of three add-ons I use for my Live TV at home (the others being TVPlayer and USTVNow), so I plan to keep updating it if they keep making changes, I just don't know how quickly I can keep up with them.
I have not tested with Kodi 18, only 17. I don't usually offer support for nightlies, only the current stable version (17 in this case).
It could be there is some code changes required to work with 18, but I haven't looked into it yet.
TVCatchup changed their html the same day I fixed it last. Now they have completely changed their player. I am keeping an eye on their new html and hoping that it remains the same now that the new player is in place.
This irks me more than anything because TVCatchup is my main source of live TV...
Yeah. TVCatchup made another change just after I initially fixed the last issue... However, they haven't made any changes since so I think it's safe to push an update (fingers crossed). I'll push it later today, probably about 4:30PM-GMT.
