Linux XBMC System For Geniatech M3 Models

Anyone have issues with intermittent audio when playing SD AVI + MP3? Looking at my AVR the signal via HDMI is disappearing for a moment (pass-though to amp), this can be heard as a 1Hz dropout. Switching from HDMI out to Coaxial out on the audio page sometimes fixes it, maybe it just restarts...

Just sorted out my Harmony One with the A510b using J1NX's A11 firmware. First of all, to make the changes persistent then move your remote.conf to /root/.xbmc/remote.conf (spotted on J1NX forum) The Harmony One is set to Media Player Geniatech ATV1200 and the available buttons are customised...

I'm not to familiar with the root filesystem on these builds, I'm not sure what is persistent on reboot and whatnot. Instead I copied the remote.conf to the root directory and am currently playing with it there. You can always call the new config whilst testing. cp /etc/xbmc/remote.conf ~ nano...

I've been meaning to finally edit mine too rather than use the iOS remote app. If you just want the back button, just edit the "exit" code to 14 (IIRC). You're not alone!

My bad, had to change remote app to port 80. As for the AirPlay "issue", I never knew it couldn't handle video! I've also acquired a GBox Dyno clone and have flashed it with J1NX's firmware, one lock up but otherwise working without the IR remote, impressive!

I've installed both the GeekSquad8.img and this one and been equally pleased with the outcome apart from four quirks that reproduce on both images. SD Divx material has issues with the A/V sync, it wavers around +/- 100ms and you even detect occasional video catchups. No buffering issues (USA...
