Add a URLRESOLVER fix zip file

Hi,

I think I by mistake posted on the XPERT-ADVANCED topic and I am sorry for that.

Recently like yesterday the URLRESOLVER of XBMC got broken and many of the add-ons depending on the same got broken.

I googled and found a fix for it and want make it available to everyone. I tested this fix and it works OK. So can we upload the file to any folder and let everyone know that the fix is here?

The fix has already been pushed to main Xbmc repo now
