I would scan the entire Kodi structure, you never know where the little devil could be hiding. I use the classic free A43 File Manager replacement on the PC and there's a text scanner built into that if you need to get hold of one quickly. Shouldn't take more than a minute to scan all the files, though if there's been a deliberate attempt to hide things (e.g. Base64'ing it) then it may be difficult to come up with anything.
If you do find anything then I echo RavRob and say name the guilty party, be it in an add-on from here or elsewhere.
