Amazon Firestick Best Setup?

I am trying to setup a firestick for my father what is the easiest way to set up Kodi with best addons to make it easy for him to figure out set and forget type of deal. Thanks

Get the latest Kodi, Install one or two addons that you like and set those addons in the Kodi favorite for easy access.
If you feel so inclined, you could even set his favorite tv shows in a library that will appear at the very front on his main page.
Note that you shouldn't be putting too much on a stick unless you want to do some maintenance regularly for him.

What do you feel are the 2 top addons that I should put on it. sports and adult, tv, movies are all he wants.

I don't know what sport addons are out there ATM, at least nothing that can be discussed here. We can only recommend what is in our repo. Look in Fusion, XBMCHub repo and see what you can find in there.
