Is it possible to sideload 4oD onto the Fire Stick in the UK?

And if I can, will I have to follow the same process as for installing Kodi? (i.e. find the 4oD apk and side load it via adbFire, then assign it to a 'donor' app via Llama etc.)

It's theoretically possible to install pretty much any apk but navigating the app might be a problem if it's been designed for Android tablet. You might need to use touch or mouse input which is going to be tricky on the FireTV stick. Have a go and let us know how you get on

Well, I'm not having much luck at the moment.

I've updated adbFire to 1.28 and connected to my Fire Stick alright and found three apk files for 4oD.

Unfortunately two of them don't load at all when I try via the 'Install APK' option on adbFire and the other one says that it has been installed but when I go onto the 'Manage Installed Applications' in the Fire Stick settings, I can't find it anywhere.

When it is being installed, the green progress bar on adbFire only goes about one third of the way before it says that it has been installed.

Haven't tried it but there seems to be an up to date .apk here:

Good luck and don't blame me if it doesn't work ;-)
