*UPDATE*
I tried turning the VPN off and it didn't work. The add on I'm using is a popular one starting with a "c". Any other suggestions?
Getting this error message when I try to open ******** or other video addon. Please help. I don't have much experience with this. I did just install PureVPN on Friday. Could that have messed something up? Also I was trying to clean up the File Manager because there were so many sources on there. Maybe I got rid of something I needed? HELP!

Unfortunately, the addon you need help with is not supported here. However, try and use it without your VPN see if that helps. Some addons will not let you use a VPN or needs the VPN to be registered with them before it can be used.
