Help Keymapping my new remote...

I just got this remote.

http://dx.com/p/vpc100-wireless-six-axis-air-mouse-keyboard-somatic-game-handgrip-remote-control-242548#.UxIbQIU8i5I

Everything works fine in XBMC except the back button. The remote uses right mouse click to go back. I would like for this button to do what the backspace button does. I have tried messing around with the keymaps but the back button brings me right back to home.

Can someone with experience please help me remedy this?

Thanks in advance.

There is a couple of ways, the easiest for this is probably to use the keymap editor
http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Add-on:Keymap_Editor
It is in the official xbmc repo so the repo is all ready installed.

FIRST THING
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A CUSTOM REMOTE OR KEYBOARD.XML BACK IT UP FIRST AS THIS TOOL WILL OVERWRITE IT. IF YOU HAVEN'T YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO

Anyway bassically what you do is open up the add-on choose edit then choose :
global---navigation---back ( it will ask you to push the button make sure you push the correct button)
Once done save and exit.

This is a great little tool however it is easy to mess up so if you do push the wrong button don't save.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I tried the keymap editor add-on with no success. The new remote is sending strange characters that the add-on cant understand. I did solve the issue with X-Mouse. I used it to remap my right click to backspace through windows. Now everything is working great.
