Help with jailbreaking Apple tv 1st gen....

hello i am wondering if someone can please help me on how to jailbreak a apple tv 1 and also how to install xbmc on it and update xbmc on it..i have windows computer 7..everything i found says mac instructions..thank you for you help..ive jailbroken and dealt with a apple tv2,but new to the process for atv1..

Thanks for the response.reading first link makes a lil sence but a lil confusing...I have done a few apple tv2..first one just a lil complicated.second link I don't have card to install..
