How Do I REFRESH repos in KODI Isengard?

I hope this is not too dumb a question, but since the menu has changed for accessing repos I cannot seem to bring up a "REFRESH" option with a "right click" any longer.

I am obviously missing something and doing this incorrectly.

Can someone direct me to how this REPO REFRESH is now accomplished?

Thanks! So this is the new way to update individual repos as well?

This looks like a much more efficient method overall, but does it truly accomplish the same thing as individually refreshing each repo -- a process which seemed to take as long for each update as this process takes for ALL the repos.

Do I have this right? Is this a new "advance" in Isengard?
