If you need to Post for SUPPORT

Click this link to learn How To Post A Log File

1) Can't Find Your Log File
Your log location is in different locations depending on your platform.
Click here for more info on Log File Advanced

2) More -- How To Post Your Log File
To post a log, first enable the debug in your Kodi settings and reboot your Kodi. Then repeat the problem. Once you have repeated the problem, get the log and post it to Pastebin.com or xbmclogs.com and post the link in a new post in the correct sub-forum

You will also find crash logs in that same location. Post both so the gurus can have a look at it and figure out what's going on.

If possible, your Post Should Match This Format
(Copy/Paste the text below and fill in the information
_________________________________________________________

Summary: (describe the issue)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1. (How would we)

 2. (reproduce)

 3. (your error)

What is the expected output? (what are you expecting to see)

What was your actual output? (error message or result)

And the MOST IMPORTANT part:

Posted Log file: (place your LOG link here)
_____________________________________________________

3) PLEASE Post in the CORRECT section.

Each ADDON has its own SubForum

If your problem is with Genesis, then post in LAMBDA'S forum

If your problem is with Icefims, then post in EL DORADO'S forum

IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT

Please do not post the same problem in multiple places!

These sections are created so that the right folks can see the question. This is for your benefit!

If you post the ****same ****problem in multiple posts in different forums, it is likely that the answers will be all over the place with no continuity and no help to anyone.

This needs updated as the links return 404 errors since the last update to the forum.

Does one have to use Idigo to post a log to https://logs.tvaddons.co/?
If you do not have to use Indigo do you get logged in using the tvaddons.co login info or do you need to register at https://logs.tvaddons.co/?
I see no option https://logs.tvaddons.co/ to do ANY of the following there:

Register to get a login ID
Save a log file once all data are entered
I could not login using MY forum login ID

So...I'm confused and maybe even stupid... ;)

All the staff are having a go through all the sections to find redundant stickies and either update or remove them. The admin is the only one who can actually change the layout of the forum and he is still extremely busy with the server upgrades. He is doing all the work he can as fast as he can. This is not far from the top of his list.

Thanks for bringing these to our attentions.

I also can't understand any of it. I am not a coder. You need to post your log so the coders or more knowledgeable members can have a look and troubleshoot the problem.
