What's the difference between AllDebrid, RealDebrid and SimplyDebrid? How do I sign up for any of them?

The two main premium suppliers are Real Debrid and Premiumize me. The first is cheaper but may not have all the bells and whistles that Premiumize me has. For what my needs are, Real Debrid is perfect.

All Debrid costs the same as Real Debrid. After researching both I found that All Debrid offers 80 hosts + 186 streamers while Real Debrid offers 60 hosts. You can check this easily by reading their web sites.
