Comcast and 105mbps
Well, how about trying this. This website will generate an apk file for google play apps: http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/

Then paste this link into the above website: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.neulion.android.nfl.gamepass&hl=en

In the first link, after pasting the nfl gamepass address, click "generate download link" to create the apk file for NFL gamepass. Then send it to your Fire Tv like any other apk file. Let us know if this works better.

Well that's too bad. Out of curiousity, I signed up for a trial to see how it worked. The plugin on XBMC for me is choppy and not natural looking (when watching an archived game from this past week). I'm not sure what the cause may be the cause may be. I hope it gets worked out though. I don't know if it matters but I am attemping to run it on Kodi 14.0.

Did you try the app like you suggested or are you on a straight xbmc system? Would love to know how that works

I tried the app after downloading from the google play store. I'm not sure if its something I need to do but it is difficult to navigate with the Fire TV remote. I can't navigate some without a mouse connected.

So, it was difficult to mess with and even try. SPMC seems to be a bit less choppy but I have noticed some pausing due to buffering: http://spmc.semperpax.com/ So, less choppy.

The best playback I have seen is the one I shared with you privately.

@mulliganman, have you tried starting a stream when connected to a vpn and then disconnecting the vpn once the video has started to play? This worked REALLY well for me last year when streaming via PC. I would connect to NL vpn, go to gamepass and open up a stream then as the video plays disconnect my vpn. It would then continue to play the video with my normal connection not vpn'd and would be crystal clear quality
