Go to xbmc.org on browser in make then download. Use filepawn or go under settings/advanced/storage/downloads and install

Also once installed the program can be found in MAKE (when you want to open it)

Having a rooted ouya and using Koyings Spmc (frodo) or ouya Gotham will give you options to reboot /power off system in Xbmc.
