I've tried the m3 img, it starts to install then then stops with
"assert failed:gel prop ("ro. Build.product") --"xiosm3"
E:Error in / lmp/sideload/package.img
(status 7) installation aborted ,did the same with m1 too looks like I'm knackerd!!

Format the card with sd formatter as fat32

Put card in

And let it boot to android

It will create more folders

Then put image on

Then upgrade

turn off then put image in root

put in box and hold the upgrade button down

and turn on

Don't wanna be a pain m8 but you make it a bit clearer I.e step by step ,new to android , sd cards etc, anything apple I can do in an instant !!thx

Ok

Format card as fat32

Put in box

Turn box on let android boot to android and it will set card up !

Turn off

Put m1 image on in root not in any folders

Put in box

Hold update button down and turn on until upgrade screen comes up

Release

Any problems start from very beginning again format card

It took me about 5 attempt and then it worked

Download zip again and extract to desktop and copy over again you could have corrupt image when you extracted

Hold down

Ok had a go and it came back with the same errors , formatted the sd card to fat 32, put it in the box , it created 1 folder on the card
"loc dir " , i took the card and put the image under the " loc dir " folder and put it back in the box and tried to use the img ,it came back with the same errors ! Thanks for the help mikey , got no hair left to pull out!

Having the exact same problems , will not update and always gives a error

Same here i had xbmc on a linux running on nano slim bit want to go bk to android to put gotham on and while trying to put android 4.0 update img i get exact same error
