Sumvision not connecting to wifi

Hi all

pretty new to all this but have had a Sumvision nano slim for about a week and can only get it to connect to a wired internet connection will not connect to my Virgin Media wifi signal.It is seeing it ok but will not accept my password which i am definetely putting in correctly.

anybody any ideas

I've only just got one myself but this problem seems common.
The general reply is to try a few things:

Make sure your router is on a low channel: between 1-10, not 11-13.
Change your SSID to a short word or phrase. I have seen it suggested that this should be letters only, and all in CAPS.

Try these first.
There are tips to increase speed/signal strength by repositioning your Nano+ box internal antenna as well.

My nano will not connect to VM hub but it'll connect to any other wireless router

thanks snipai i changed the ssid to capital letters(no numbers) and now its connecting thanks for the help
