Can anyone tell me where beeg.com has gone? It was in the Mister X repository but now it's gone. Mister X repoitory is not in fusion anymore.

I have noticed that BEEG has been down and unavailable.... for weeks, now?

I assume it is not just me?

For Porn-Dogs, this addon was the bomb and I speak for many in hoping that it is on someone's "to-do" list to fix.

It is not just you, Wodey. Down for me and everyone else, I'm afraid.

It's funny, I hardly EVER get calls from friends and family regarding their XBMC issues. But I've had more than a few recently asking me about this addon being no longer available!

Thankfully for them and everyone else, there are good options available.

To fix the problem with Beeg go to MisterX repository on Github
Code:
https://github.com/MisterXx/MisterX
click on "Downlod ZIP" on lower right side of the screen. Extract the contents of MisterX-master.zip to your computer and inside copy the whole plugin.video.beeg.com folder. Delete your old plugin.video.beeg.com folder in XBMC/Kodi addons folder and replace it with the new one you copied.

Also you can just navigate to the plugin.video.beeg.com folder, on my iPad the directory is

/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons/plugin.video.beeg.com/

You need to edit the Default.py file with a text editor.

At the bottom of the file there will be a string of code like this one

def VIDEOLINKS(url,name):

listitem = xbmcgui.ListItem(name)

listitem.setInfo('video', {'Title': name, 'Genre': 'Porn'})

xbmc.Player().play('http://video.mystreamservice.com/480p/'+url+'.mp4', listitem)
The bit underlined in bold needs to be changed to

xbmc.Player().play('http://video.beeg.com/speed=3.0/buffer=90/data=mob.GB/480p/'+url+'.mp4', listitem)

Hope this helps :)
