IPVanish has been selected as our preferred VPN provider for Kodi in part because of their native Android TV support. This means that if you’re an IPVanish customer, you can easily install the IPVanish app the same way you’d install any other: through the Google Play Store. They also offer an app for the Amazon Fire TV. This focus on Android TV makes IPVanish the ideal VPN for Kodi users across the globe.
VPN services work by rerouting your internet traffic through servers located in different geographical locations. These servers aren’t supposed to keep logs, so they effectively anonymize your internet use. If you’re looking to watch something that is only available within a certain country, a VPN can help! VPN services also allow you bypass firewalls that block access to certain web sites within countries like the United Kingdom and China. Lastly, if you’re using torrents or AceStream/Sopcast live streaming, an IPVanish VPN will ensure that your privacy is maintained.
IPVanish also allows you to use international Kodi addons to watch TV from: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.
