Setting a Sleep Timer for Kodi (16.1 Jarvis or Below)

If you’re the kind of person that always forgets to turn off your Kodi-powered device or if you’re prone to falling asleep in front of the television, you might want to consider configuring power saving within your Kodi settings.

Now your Kodi device, along with your television set (as long as your TV isn’t too old) will go to sleep after not being in use for a set period of time, it’s good for you, your Kodi device, and even the environment since you’ll save on power use.

Required: Kodi 16.1 Jarvis or Below

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings tab under the SYSTEM menu.
