Sometimes you’ll be watching a video and find that even though you’ve put your television’s volume up to maximum, the voices are still a bit too low in volume to hear properly. It can be corrected by adjusting the compression of the audio range, making loud and soft sounds closer in volume.

This is an issue that is quite common when it comes to online streams, unfortunately you’ll have to correct the volume amplification setting each time you find it to be necessary, the setting won’t hold for future use.

Required: Kodi 16.1 Jarvis or Below

Step 1Pause the video your watching and then click on the Volume icon at the bottom right of the player controls.

Step 3: Press back to return to your video!

You should now be able to hear what’s going on a lot better than you could before, a small Kodi setting that works wonders.
