The Ultimate IPTV addon was removed as of June 12th, 2017 after being mentioned in a complaint filed against us by Bell, Rogers, Videotron and TVA. It was developed by the same developer as Ultimate Whitecream, who has since retired from Kodi addon development. It appears that for a period of time it was being maintained elsewhere, however as far as we can tell development of this addon has come to an end, so there’s no telling for how much longer it will remain functional. We were not able to easily verify the content licensing of the Ultimate IPTV addon for Kodi after the issue was brought to our attention in the lawsuit.
Both Ultimate IPTV and Ultimate Whitecream have been discontinued by their developer. We’ve heard reports of a few clones floating around the internet, but nothing from the original developer himself so far. We have decided to keep an arms length from the Ultimate IPTV addon and others of its kind, in order to limit potential liability in frivolous lawsuits that are being brought against us. Furthermore, even if the addon wasn’t mentioned in any lawsuit against us, the developer himself has voiced that he does not wish for the Ultimate IPTV addon to remain operational.
