In case you weren’t already aware, there are tons of cool Kodi skins that have been created outside the official Kodi repository just waiting for you to enjoy. These Kodi skins didn’t make it into the official Kodi repository for one reason or another, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t super cool.
Most of the Kodi skins you’ll find in unofficial repositories are actually based on ones that are located in the official Kodi repository. Making a skin isn’t as easy as you’d think, and some of these developers have spent quite a bit of time making different themed Kodi skins for different types of users.
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings tab under the SYSTEM menu.
Step 2: Launch the Indigo tool.
Step 3: Select the Addon Installer function.
Step 4: Choose the Kodi Skins category.
Step 5: Select the Kodi skin you wish to install.
Step 6: Click on the install Kodi skin function.
Step 7: Press the Install button to proceed.
Step 8: Wait a minute for the Kodi skin download to process.
Step 9: Click on the OK button when notified that the installation is complete.
Step 10: Return to the Kodi home screen, then navigate to the Settings tab under the SYSTEM menu.
Step 11: Select the Appearance tab from the vertical menu bar.
Step 12: Click on the Skin field that displays Confluence by default.
Step 13: Select the skin that you just installed.
Step 14: Press the YES button when prompted to keep the skin change.
Step 15: You’re done! Return to your Kodi home screen and enjoy the skin.
